Problem and users
The users were a team working on patient risk and visit prediction workflows for IVX Health. Prediction work of this kind depends on healthcare records that have been prepared and checked, and on results the team can review before relying on them.
What I did
I supported the team rather than owning the whole system. My part was:
- Preparing and validating healthcare records used in the patient risk and visit prediction workflows
- Model evaluation
- Dashboards that made the results easier for the team to inspect
The prediction workflows themselves were a team effort.
